WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER IN THE KEEP MORE WORKSHOP

In 45 Minutes with Neil Denman, CPA

  • Find out why your bank balance doesn't reflect what you earn, and the structure gaps that quietly cost therapists real money every year.

  • Learn exactly what to set aside for taxes each month — no guesswork, no spreadsheets, no April panic.

  • See the proactive planning rhythm that helped one client go from dreading April to filing without surprises, and how it works across 8 structured sessions.

  • Understand why most therapists have a tax preparer, not a year-round tax advisor, and the questions you should be asking that your CPA has never brought up.

  • Face the tax-smart retirement planning blind spot most therapists share, and why a LiveCareer survey found 61% of workers fear retirement more than death.

  • Calculate your personal cost-of-inaction number so you leave knowing where you actually stand, not where you hope you are.

  • Walk away with one clear action step you can take this week. Not a pile of information you'll never use.

What people are saying about Neil Denman and

Denman Hamilton & Associates, CPA

THE KEEP MORE METHOD™

8 Steps. 12 Months. One System.

Most therapists we talk to have the same story. You built practice doing work you love — but every April, you hold your breath waiting to find out what you owe.

Your CPA files your taxes once a year and never calls in between. Nobody's planning ahead. Nobody's asking what your goals are. Nobody's talking about the tax side of retirement.

You're not bad with money. You just haven't seen a system built for the way your practice actually works.

That's what the Keep More Method is, and that's what this workshop is about.

In 45 minutes, Neil walks you through how the system works and where you fit inside it.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT:

Proactive Planning, Not Reactive Filing

Know what you owe before tax season — not after

A Clear, Year-Round Planning Process

Real structure, not vague promises

The Tax-Smart Retirement Conversation

The one most therapists never get to have

WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR

If you are a:

  • Private practice owners and therapists who are tired of surprise tax bills and want a plan that actually works

  • Therapists who know they should be using tax-advantaged accounts to plan ahead

  • I earn good money but I can't tell you what I actually keep after taxes or what to do about it

WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS NOT FOR

If you are a:

  • Those not in private practice or not managing their own business finances

  • Anyone looking for a quick tax hack — this is a system, not a shortcut

  • Anyone who just wants someone to file their taxes — this workshop is about planning ahead, not paperwork

FAQs

What if I already have an accountant?

Most therapists have a tax preparer, not a year-round tax advisor. If your CPA meets with you multiple times a year with a written plan, great. If not, this workshop shows you what that looks like.

What if I'm not making enough for this to matter?

The earlier you start with proactive tax planning, the more time it has to compound. This isn't just for high earners.

What if my books are a mess?

Messy books are the starting point for most clients, not a disqualifier. This workshop is about planning ahead, not judging where you are today.

What if I don't have time?

It's 45 minutes. Compare that to the hours you spend worrying about taxes or recovering from a surprise bill.

Is this just a sales pitch?

No. There are no sales in this workshop. It's 45 minutes of education and immediate steps you can take to start keeping more of what you earn. If you want additional support afterward, Neil will share how to access the team for a free conversation.

How soon will I receive access to workshop link?

You’ll receive the workshop access link by email shortly after registering. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder just in case). If you don’t see it within a few minutes, reach out to our support team and we’ll make sure you get it.

When will I receive my bonuses?

The first 2 chapters and the complimentary session are available immediately when you register. The scorecard and the full physical book are available when you show up to the live workshop.

Is there a way to contact the team and ask additional questions?

You can send us an email at [email protected] and we'll take care of you.
